Last updated: January 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Linden Harbor Recipes website, cookbooks, tutorials, and online courses (together, the "Services"), operated by Linden Harbor LLC ("Linden Harbor Recipes," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing this site or purchasing anything from us, you're agreeing to be bound by the terms below. If any part of this doesn't work for you, please don't use the Services.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you have the authority to make the purchase.

2. Digital products

Cookbooks and tutorials are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Courses are delivered as streaming video accessed through your browser. Once a digital file is delivered or a course is unlocked, it is considered accessed for the purposes of our Refund Policy.

3. License to use our content

When you purchase a cookbook, tutorial, or course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household cooking and reference. You may not:

All recipes, photography, video, and written material remain the property of Linden Harbor LLC or its licensors.

4. Accounts and the mailing list

If you join our mailing list to receive the free starter pack, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We don't sell your contact information — see our Privacy Policy for details on how we use it.

5. Payment and pricing

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice; the price you pay is the one shown at the time you complete your order. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and we don't store your full card details.

6. No professional or medical advice

Our recipes and courses are for general home-cooking education. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian, or allergist. If you have a food allergy, medical condition, or dietary restriction, check ingredients carefully and consult a qualified professional before relying on any recipe.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Linden Harbor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any outcome of a recipe you prepare using our instructions. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
